Converse's classic sneaker, the All Star, has announced a special collaboration model (priced at ¥10,290) with Hirohiko Araki's manga, "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure." The upper features a print of the Stone Mask, a central character in both JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Parts 1 and 2. The tongue features a leather patch bearing the subtitle of Part 1, "Phantom Blood." The lining and outer box feature Araki's signature diamond pattern. Furthermore, the All Star's iconic star mark is dyed the same color as the "star-shaped birthmark" that marks the Joestar family lineage. Those of Joestar bloodline are born with a similar birthmark on their left shoulder. Due to the series' growing female fan base, women's sizes range from 22.0 to 24.5cm. Men's sizes range from 25.5 to 29.0cm. Each size is in 0.5cm increments (no size 28.5cm available). Pre-orders are open from the 20th of this month until June 20th. It will be sold at the recently opened anime fashion e-commerce site "2PMWORKS," Tower Records, Village Vanguard, Bic Camera, and Jump Shop. As a pre-order bonus, a "Mask Light Collection Stone Mask - Limited Gunmetal Ver." with LED-illuminated red eyes will be included. "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure" is actively involved in fashion collaborations, including a collaborative watch with "SEIKO" and window jacks for "GUCCI" around the world.
