The 2013 Spring/Summer collection from agnes.b.'s eco-conscious line, agnes.b. b.green!!, will be available for presale from May 22nd to 28th at The Stage on the first floor of the Isetan Shinjuku Main Building. Based on the spirit of "Give Love," agnes.b. has continuously supported the reconstruction of the Tohoku region. This season, under the theme of "French design meets Japanese craftsmanship," the collection features apparel that combines the skills of Fukushima artisans with French design. T-shirts and cardigans feature special techniques such as embroidery and shirring by Fukushima artisans, and the fabric is made from organic cotton dyed with natural plant dyes. A wide variety of environmentally conscious products will also be available, including accessories made from recycled agnes.b. fabrics and telephone cords, and necklaces made entirely from ivory nuts that have fallen naturally from trees. The interior of the store, which is modeled after the agnès b. atelier, displays the agnès b. b.green!! commitment to product production, including the botanical dyeing process. In addition, if you spend more than 15,750 yen during the period, you will receive an original notebook made from handmade paper made from recycled elephant dung and waste paper.
