Solo exhibition by artist Tsuji Kawai, who expresses the strangeness of everyday life, held in Ebisu

Starting on the 25th, painter Tsuji Kaai's solo exhibition "A Voice Under the Stairs/The Coldness of That Floor" will be held at the gallery "Waiting Room" in Ebisu, Tokyo. It will run until June 30th.
This exhibition features 15 new paintings and drawings, large and small, themed on the "strangeness" and "mystery" that suddenly occur around us in everyday life. The aim is to express moments triggered by undetectable things and situations.
Tsuji was born in Nagasaki Prefecture in 1982. He graduated from the Department of Design, Faculty of Art, Tokyo Polytechnic University in 2006. From 2009 to 2012, he was a member of Yotsuya Art Studium, directed by artist and critic Kenjiro Okazaki. In 2012, he exhibited at the New City Art Fair, organized by H.P. France, held in New York.
