The commercial facility "Premier Yokohama," which opened on the 25th, has opened a new "Sweets Terrace" on the first floor, combining a flower shop and a sweets shop. It houses one flower shop and four sweets shops. Located at the corner entrance is "Flora," a flower shop offering everything from everyday flowers to bouquet arrangements combining original accessories and garden goods. This is the first time the facility has combined a sweets shop with one of its 13 stores nationwide. Gift wrapping options for sweets and flowers purchased at Sweets Terrace are available. Individual bouquets are offered at a special opening price. Each sweets shop is separated by its own location. Patisserie & Dining Enfants' signature item is the rock salt roll (1,260 yen), made with rich Jersey cream and Italian rock salt. The store offers a selection of sweets made with carefully selected ingredients, including a pudding made with silkie eggs (700 yen), limited to five per day. Pâtisserie Le Pre Auver Yamamuro offers a lineup of baked goods and decorated cakes, including bear-shaped macarons that children will love and the Kohoku Baumkuchen (1,290 yen), which has a local name. To commemorate the opening, they will be selling a limited-edition choux rusk and baby chiffon cake (960 yen). Pâtissier Shibui offers a wide variety of French pastries, roll cakes, and beautifully shaped cakes cut into long, thin slices. To celebrate the opening, they are offering the chef's recommended petit gateau set, which normally costs 1,750 yen, for 1,500 yen. Goody for You Roppongi, whose main product is Roppongi's famous cheesecake, will be releasing a limited-edition pumpkin cheesecake perfect for the Halloween season. They also have a wide variety of scones on display as recommended items.
