"Paul Show," a photo exhibition showcasing photographs from Paul Smith's first joint men's and women's fashion show in Japan in 2011, is currently running at the Paul Smith SPACE GALLERY in Omotesando, Tokyo, until November 4th. According to the brand, the exhibition has been visited by many fans since its opening day, and the photo book is also selling well. Designer Paul Smith, known for his love of Japan, visited Japan in early April, despite the fact that many foreigners refrained from traveling to Japan after the Great East Japan Earthquake in March 2011. Six months later, he held a fashion show with the theme "I LOVE JAPAN." Paul himself appeared and delivered a speech filled with love for Japan. This exhibition features the works of photographer Hiroyasu Masaki, who followed the show from its preparations through to the day itself. A photo book by Paul Smith, "Paul Show" (published by RPJ BOOKS by punkfloyd, 3,900 yen excluding tax), will also be released. A limited run of 999 copies will be sold, each with a serial number. A special version with Paul's autograph and a cover made from his original fabric is currently on sale at the exhibition venue.

In addition, a selection of works from the photo book will be on display at the Paul Smith Sendai store (Kasai Building, 2-9-1 Chuo, Aoba-ku, Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture) from October 12th to the 20th. The photo book will also be on sale at Paul Smith's domestic directly managed stores and official online shop from the 12th. It will then be available in bookstores nationwide.
