Oct 10, 2013

Marunouchi House, the dining zone on the 7th floor of the Shin-Maru Building, will host the art event "The MOTHER of Design" starting on the 28th. This year, in its sixth year, the exhibition "Japanese Artists in New York" will feature eight Japanese artists active in New York. The event runs until November 17th. Approximately 30 works by artists including Enrico Isamu Oyama, who has provided artwork for Comme des Garçons; Satoru Eguchi, who has decorated the windows of Ginza Maison Hermès; and Yuken Teruya, who has created works using fashion brand shoppers, will be on display. In addition, Marunouchi House stores will offer special New York-themed menus. On November 16th and 17th, there will be caricature performances, live music, live painting, and other events in the common areas.
