Prada is hosting a men's pop-up store in the event space on the first floor (North A2) of Seibu Ikebukuro Main Store until April 18th. The pop-up store is the first in Japan to offer the "My Character" series, which allows customers to customize their bags and other items with 26 letter charms (priced at ¥20,000 each) featuring various color combinations and details. The brand also offers two backpacks and a tote bag featuring the brand's new logo boldly in iconic lettering. The logo comes in two designs: one with black lettering and a gray outline, and one with an original color scheme. A new shoulder strap has also been introduced. It can be attached to existing bags, and thanks to the new hardware, the newly released backpack can also be used as a crossbody bag. The interior design of the pop-up store, which will open in the center of the first floor of Seibu Ikebukuro Main Store, combines Prada's classic theme with urban graphics inspired by the avant-garde black-and-white film of the 1930s. Products are displayed in various sizes of trunks made of black Saffiano material and on a counter made of polished steel and glass, creating a contemporary display design.
