Prada is opening a limited-time store in the central hall on the first floor of the Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Store until April 18th. The shop, occupying the spacious central hall on the first floor of the main building, is the first in Japan to offer the brand's "My Character" series, featuring bold logo designs on bags, pouches, and shoes. The "My Character" series combines lightweight materials with colorful logos to create a vibrant collection perfect for the upcoming spring/summer season. The wide range of items available includes denim and nylon tote bags, backpacks, and pouches, as well as sporty, pop-inspired sneakers made of neoprene and lavishly decorated with ostrich feathers. The exterior incorporates the "Graphic Room" theme, adopted in select stores worldwide. This time, the motif, a contemporary reinterpretation of an 18th-century Oriental folding screen, is presented in Prada's signature color palette. Three large entrances offer a panoramic view of the entire store, set against a backdrop of steel and glass cabinets. The interior of the store also features the latest displays, an extension of the "modular design" project, which uses interchangeable elements to update the atmosphere.
