Highball cafe opens in Tokyo Midtown

The outdoor highball cafe, "Mori Kaoru Highball Hakushu Midpark Cafe," will open in Tokyo Midtown's Midtown Garden from April 25th to May 25th. The cafe will serve the "Hakushu Mori Kaoru Highball," a highball made by mixing "Hakushu Single Malt Whisky," produced at a distillery in the forests of the Southern Alps, with soda made from natural water from the Southern Alps. Garnished with fresh mint, the highball boasts a fragrant, green aroma and a refreshing taste. The drink menu offers a wide variety of Hakushu Highballs, including the classic "Hakushu Mori Kaoru Highball" and "Hakushu Hot Herbal Tea Mix." The cafe's exclusive menu features ingredients from the Hakushu region. A "Premium Grill" barbecue will be held on weekday evenings. Seating is limited and reservations are required. During the same period, Tokyo Midtown will host "OPEN THE PARK," an event where visitors can enjoy yoga and reading, primarily on the lawn plaza.
