
Mitsui Outlet Park Kisarazu will reopen on July 17th, expanding its operations. The mall will increase from its current 175 stores to 248, making it the outlet mall with the most stores in the Tokyo metropolitan area. Fashion brands such as Chloe, Jimmy Choo, Lucien Pellat-Finet, Jacob Cohen, Blumarine, Mulberry, Denham, and Minnetonka will be opening stores for the first time in the Kanto region and Japan. Additionally, lifestyle shops such as the Wedgwood Group Factory Shop, Yamada Heiando Lacquerware, Megabass fishing and outdoor gear store, Tenerita Bazaar cotton fabric store, and Titleist/FootJoy golf equipment store will also be opening. Five new restaurants will open in the food court, including Sendai Tan-ya Rikyu, Nihonbashi Tendon Kaneko Hannosuke, and Pizza Salvatore Cuomo, and seating capacity will increase from the current approximately 700 to approximately 1,200. Food sales will also be expanded, including the opening of the second domestic branch of KuKuRuZa Popcorn, a popular restaurant in Omotesando. Mitsui Outlet Park opened in April 2012. Located at the gateway to Minami Boso, close to Kisarazu Kaneda Interchange, the Chiba Prefecture end of the Tokyo Bay Aqua-Line, it offers easy access not only from Chiba Prefecture but also from the entire Kanto region, including Tokyo and Yokohama. Direct express buses run daily from major stations, including Tokyo Station.
