TYPE, a typeface-inspired eyewear brand, will be hosting a pop-up shop at 1LDK Apartments in Nakameguro, Tokyo, from April 26th to May 6th. The shop will also feature a special navy version of the shoe brand Hender Scheme's 2D Glass Case, a modular eyeglass case, and a six-glasses version of the Glass Wall Holder, which normally holds three glasses. There will also be a photo booth where you can take photos wearing glasses like in the TYPE look images. Photos posted on Twitter or Facebook with the hashtag #TYPE1LDK will be featured on an official TYPE tumbler. TYPE was launched in January 2014 by Wieden-Kennedy Tokyo, a creative agency known for campaigns for Nike and Coca-Cola. It starts with two typefaces, "Helvetica" and "Garamond," and you can choose from three frame thicknesses and colors.
