The theme of Pierre Marcolini's Christmas collection this year is "Noël d’amour - A Christmas that delivers love." The collection is filled with Pierre Marcolini's desire to deliver love and peace as we close out 2021, a year that has been tossed about by various changes and anxieties.


The first two Christmas cakes currently being accepted for pre-order are "Noël de Pierre 2021" and "Buche de Pierre 2021." Made using couverture, which embodies Pierre Marcolini's passion for cacao, these cakes feature a gorgeous, well-balanced flavor, combining deep bitter chocolate with the tartness of raspberries. Enjoy them slowly on this holy night with your family and loved ones.
