The "Tennis Hu" footwear collection, a collaboration between adidas Originals and producer/performer Pharrell Williams, will be released on May 6th.

The collection is themed around the collaborative Hu collection, which Pharrell and adidas announced in 2016. This is the first signature model and will be available in two colorways. Based on adidas' most iconic tennis shoes, the white and green "PW TENNIS HU [BA7828]" pays homage to the Stan Smith. The striking "PW TENNIS HU [BY2674]" (each 16,000 yen) is inspired by the classic 1970s court shoe, the "adidas Forest Hills."

The shoes also combine casual tennis styles with elements of modern, lightweight running models. This model features updated technology from Adidas' focus footwear, making it highly breathable and perfect for summer. The white upper is made of flexible Primeknit and connects to a lightweight EVA midsole with an eye-catching waffle construction. The laces are integrated into the shoe itself, and the logo engraved on the tongue adds a distinctive touch to the suede. The shoes are available at Adidas Originals Flagship Store Tokyo, Adidas Originals Shops (DiverCity Tokyo Plaza, Shinsaibashi), Adidas Brand Core Stores (Shibuya, Shinjuku, Nagoya), the Adidas online store, Styles Daikanyama, KICKS LAB, atomos Shibuya, and Monkey Time Beauty & Youth United Arrows Harajuku.
