"Salon de Parfum 2021," Japan's largest fragrance festival, will be held at Isetan Shinjuku from October 27th. This will be the 9th time the festival is being held, and in addition to being held at the Main Building, it will also be held for the first time at the Isetan Shinjuku Men's Building from October 27th to November 9th. Under the theme of "The joy and fun of choosing," Isetan Shinjuku Men's Building will bring together over 200 fragrances, including brands making their Japan debut and fragrances exclusive to this event and available for advance sale.
We have created three suggestions: "Award," "Curator," and "Counseling," which serve as a guide for fragrance lovers and those new to fragrance. "Award" introduces six best items in each category, as voted for by customers and staff. Even fragrance novices who don't know where to start can make their selection with confidence.
"Curator" offers fragrance suggestions from beauty and fashion curators. For those who want to select a particular perfume as part of their fashion. We will support you in choosing a fragrance that matches the role model you aspire to be. "Counseling" offers personalized counseling that goes beyond scent preferences and is rooted in the customer's individuality and sensibilities. We will suggest a special fragrance that will complement your individuality and charm.

The fragrance corner at Isetan Shinjuku Men's Store has seen remarkable growth over the past two to three years, with the customer base broadening and diversifying beyond the traditional core demographic. Demand for fragrance items is growing significantly. Additionally, with lifestyle psychology changing, we have noticed an increase in men who are "taking care of themselves" by going to the sauna or gym. This first event will focus on fragrance as an item for men who want to rediscover and express their individuality and be true to themselves.
Salon de Parfum @ISETAN MEN'S is a fragrance guide for customers who have an interest in perfumes and scented items but have been hesitant to try them until now. We hope that this event will serve as a gateway for many men to experience the charm of fragrance and the joy of wearing it.
"Awards" A guide and entry point for customers who are new to fragrance and don't know where to start
The "Fragrance Awards" at this event will involve voting by "customers" and "staff", and the top six most popular items will be introduced. With more time being spent relaxing at home now, the latest trends in fragrance are seen as important items to lift our spirits both on and off the job, and we will announce them in the form of an award.

You will be introduced to recommended fragrances and thoughts on fragrance by people such as Eito Miyanaga. We will support you in choosing a fragrance that suits the role model you aspire to be and your fashion inclinations.
"Counseling" An event where you can order an original fragrance through counseling, where you can discover the scent that best suits you.
During the event, LIBERTA Perfume, which aims to democratize fragrance, will host an event where you can order an original perfume through counseling. The brand, which does not have a physical store, creates the "scent that best suits you" through an online consultation using 20 diagnostic criteria based on an algorithm packed with perfumer know-how.
At this event, a perfumer from LIBERTA Perfume will visit the store to provide one-on-one counseling. A personalized, original custom fragrance will be delivered. Also new this year are the addition of precious, luxurious ingredients such as natural osmanthus and sandalwood. We will propose a fragrance that not only suits your preferences, but also expresses your individuality and charm.
