From October 1st to December 31st, the Oak Door steakhouse on the 6th floor of the Grand Hyatt Tokyo will be offering a rotating selection of limited-time hamburgers perfect for Halloween, Thanksgiving, and other special occasions. Available only in October is the Halloween-themed "Pumpkin Burger" (2,200 yen). A pumpkin-shaped bun filled with pumpkin paste is sandwiched between a beef patty, pumpkin slices, Spanish ham, Gruyère cheese, and more, and is served with optional spiced aioli. Sweet potato fries are available as a side dish. In November, a new menu item will be available: the "Thanksgiving Burger" (2,200 yen), a hamburger recreating the classic turkey dish enjoyed on Thanksgiving Day in the United States and Canada. The turkey patty is topped with stuffing, which is typically made from vegetables and bread. It is seasoned with gravy and cranberry sauce, two essential ingredients for turkey dishes, and is served with the classic side dish of mashed potatoes.
In December, they will be offering the hearty "Smoked BBQ Burger" (2,200 yen), which is a sandwich of both smoked beef and pork patties. Topped with cheddar cheese, fresh onions, and pickles, and seasoned with BBQ sauce, it is a simple yet filling dish.
