Pierre Hermé Paris releases a limited-edition autumn dessert set featuring passion fruit and chestnuts

Pierre Hermé Paris's autumn-only dessert set, "Dessert d'Automne "Sarah"" (2,300 yen), will be available until November 30th at the Garden Lounge of Hotel New Otani Tokyo.

This seasonal dessert set can only be enjoyed at the Garden Lounge of Hotel New Otani. This autumn, the dessert combines passion fruit-flavored crème brûlée with chestnut jelly and matcha-flavored mascarpone cream. It is also topped with sautéed chestnuts and passion fruit ice cream.

You can choose your favorite tea from either "The Jardin de Pierre," an original tea blended with 13 ingredients including jasmine based on Ceylon tea, or "The Ceremony," an original herbal tea based on sencha and jasmine, to enjoy with your dessert.
