ANYA HINDMARCH pop-up shop is open until September 26th at The Stage on the first floor of the main building of Isetan Shinjuku. The pop-up, titled "Do computers dream when they sleep?", will feature the 2016-17 Autumn/Winter runway collection, themed on "exploring color and pixels, the building blocks of digital design," as well as exclusive items available exclusively at the venue. The interior of the venue, inspired by early 8-bit graphics, features colorful bags and accessories featuring popular early video game characters like Pac-Man and Space Invaders. One particularly eye-catching item is a backpack reminiscent of the "monster" character eaten by Pac-Man (available for pre-sale at Isetan Shinjuku for ¥340,000). Other items available include crossbody bags, coin purses, tassels, and other accessories, as well as shoes and coats.

Another pop-up exclusive item will be the Personalized Strap (priced from 70,000 to 115,000 yen), which allows you to create your own unique strap by customizing it with an alphabet or a wide variety of motifs using Diamante beads. Depending on the time, craftsmen will also be on hand to give demonstrations.

There will also be a booth set up with a unique device using Anya Hindmarch's first app, "Pix by Anya." After taking a portrait of a visitor, they can use the app to pixelate it, print it, and take it home as a poster.
