The facility was born as part of the "Nakameguro Koukashita Development Plan," which involves developing the space beneath the elevated tracks around Nakameguro Station in a linear fashion spanning approximately 700 meters. A total of 28 tenants, including stores and offices, will be located in the space stretching from the Meguro River toward Yutenji. Based on the design concept of "roof sharing," each store will have its own unique exterior design, and a terrace space for stores will be set up along Meguro, creating a space that is open to people and the city. The logo also features the facility's distinctive six viaduct piers, with the words "Nakameguro Koukashita" (Under the Highway) written in an original font. Of the 28 tenants, 14 are new businesses. Harajuku Gyoza-ro Hanoi no Kaze offers Asian-inspired dishes like fresh spring rolls and coriander dumplings. Smiles' new business, PAVILION, specializes in oven-baked cuisine and wine. Enjoy rare oven-baked meats and other artwork-like dishes in an otherworldly space featuring a collection of giant artworks by renowned artists. Also opening in the Kanto region is Nijikaya Chosuke, a leading udon izakaya restaurant currently enjoying a huge boom in the gourmet town of Hakata, from Transit General Office. After enjoying drinks with 80 types of snacks, you can finish off your meal with chewy, hand-made udon noodles. Additionally, Margaret Howell's casual line, MHL, will open a new store specializing in women's wear and accessories. Nakameguro Tsutaya Bookstore, ideal for meeting up or taking a break, will also open.
