Robert Akiyama's "Creators File" large-scale exhibition to be held at Ikebukuro Parco during Golden Week

Apr 25, 2017

The first major exhibition of "Creators File," the hugely popular video series in which Akiyama Ryuji of the comedy trio Robert plays various creators, will be held at the Parco Museum on the 7th floor of the Ikebukuro Parco Main Building in Ikebukuro, Tokyo, from April 29th to May 22nd. "Creators File" is a series that has gained popularity for featuring Akiyama Ryuji of the comedy trio Robert impersonating various creators, including Yoko Fuchigami (total fashion advisor), Isogai Kenta (general CG creator), Kirino Yu (actor), Pearl Kawabe (total braingasm trainer), Uesugi Michi (child actor), Kunimatsu Chieri (singer-songwriter), and Yokota Ryoichi (medical team doctor). The exhibition will feature "Creative Cinemas," screening new short films recorded specifically for the exhibition. It will also feature portraits of 28 creators, YOKO FUCHIGAMI's collection line and unreleased second brand, and a collection of their "creative tools," including taping actually used by Ryoichi Yokota. Other exciting features include a photo spot where you can take photos with child actor Michi Uesugi, a recreation of Chieri Kunimatsu's record studio, and a corner where you can compare the voices of Yoji Niki. Additionally, a limited edition of "Creator's File Daily Calendar with Michi-kun" (¥1,000), a daily calendar featuring Michi Uesugi's heartwarming quotes and photos, will be released by Yoshimoto Books on April 28th. A number of exclusive, event-specific, and advance-release merchandise will also be available.
In addition, Ikebukuro Parco will be holding "G.W.FESTA" from April 28th to May 7th. The poster is a collaboration with the exhibition, and features Akiyama as Uesugi Michi, YOKO FUCHIGAMI, and Kirino Yu, along with a warm message for the museum.
