FENDI, a luxury brand representing Rome, Italy, has released the vinyl record "What is Normal Today?" exclusively on the official Fendi online store, fendi.com.
"What is Normal Today?" is a single album born from a collaboration between Alessio Natalizia, known as Not Waving, and Silvia Venturini Fendi, Fendi's artistic director. The eight-minute dance track was composed for the Fall/Winter 2021-22 Men's Collection, featuring a liberating, inspiring pop sound and Silvia Fendi's voice speaking about the collection's theme.
"Emotional yet optimistic, this song is a cathartic dance-pop odyssey where the unexpected becomes the calm - a crossroads of elegance, absolute beauty, Italo-Detroit chromatics and subversive escapism," says Natalizia. Silvia Fendi's voiceover narration opens up a direct connection between space and time, inviting listeners to reflect on the optimism inherent in the Fendi philosophy.
