Parfums Christian Dior will launch a new fragrance, "Maison Christian Dior Vanille Diorama," on September 17, 2021.

"Vanille Diorama" will be added to Maison Christian Dior, a fragrance collection that opens its doors to all perfume lovers. It is not simply a scent that depicts vanilla, but a homage to "Diorama Gourmand," the legendary sweet that Christian Dior loved so dearly. This dreamy sweet treat combines vanilla coated in a luscious, glossy syrup with bitter chocolate. Dior Perfumer-Creator François Demachy created a fragrance that combines the fruity delight of understated citrus notes with the alluring richness and power of vanilla. Unlike vanilla, François Demachy captures its noble charm, possessing a warm and somewhat wild aroma. Embracing this gentle warmth, the refreshing citrus notes contrast with the sweet yet bitter notes of rum and are enveloped in the smooth aroma of cocoa. Finally, the fragrance harmonizes with a base of creamy sandalwood, concluding with vibrant spice notes of cardamom and pink peppercorn.


For this fragrance, we carefully selected bourbon vanilla from Madagascar. Grown under ideal climatic conditions, these exceptional vanilla pods are harvested using traditional artisanal techniques, then quickly boiled in water, wrapped in a special cloth and left to rest for 24 hours, before being sun-dried for several hours each day for two weeks. The resulting vanilla is not only sweet, but also exudes a refined fragrance reminiscent of rich, warm cocoa, with woody, amber, and spicy, mellow accents.

Three New Fragrances Added to the Maison Christian Dior Bath & Body Collection
Maison Christian Dior will release bath and body items on Friday, September 24th, featuring La Cornoire, a rose scent dedicated to Monsieur Dior's beloved hometown; the sensual Oud Ispahan, evoking an Oriental palace; and Bois d'Argent, as elegant as a fine white shirt. The soap and liquid soap gently cleanse with rich lather, enhancing the lingering fragrance with a subtle scent. The light, creamy body cream softens and moisturizes the skin, leaving it subtly scented. Enjoy moments of joy and bliss as you are enveloped in pleasant fragrances.
