On September 26th, after closing time, the music event "MODE & JAZZ NIGHT" took place on the third floor of the main building of the Isetan Shinjuku department store. Appearing on the main stage in the special venue was the special unit "tres-men," formed to pursue the next generation of dance music. Tres-men was formed in 2011 by Takahiro "matzz" Matsuoka, a percussionist and DJ active in numerous bands, including quasimode, one of Japan's leading club jazz bands; Kijiro Sakurai, a DJ who has hosted numerous major parties mainly in Tokyo and Osaka; and Yusuke Nakamura, keyboardist and composer for the new jazz band "BLU-SWING." At the event, they created a light-hearted sound alongside supporting bassist Akira Shibui and drummer Nobuaki Fujii, instantly engulfing the venue in a whirlwind of sound. Sparkling wine, cocktails, and soft drinks were also available, and the audience enjoyed the event in their own style, moving along to the rhythm with their favorite beverage in hand, chatting with friendly staff, and enjoying the high-quality music. By the time the MC time came around midway through the show, the atmosphere had warmed up, and the performers and audience were united in a harmonious atmosphere. The latter half of the show also saw a dance performance by IZM, leader of the dance creative artist group STAX GROOVE, and the dance team BROKEN SPORT. The dancers graced the music, and some audience members began to join in. The atmosphere further heated up when everyone started dancing and shaking egg shakers distributed by the staff. The audience, having mastered the steps through the dancers' instruction, stomped and turned, creating a swaying atmosphere.

After the final song, a storm of calls for an "encore!" erupted. Driven by the enthusiasm of the audience, the Isetan staff gave the OK to extend the performance, and the performance resumed. The excitement in the venue grew even more, and by the time the performance was about to end, some audience members were seen with sweat dripping from their foreheads.
