Stella McCartney has announced "Clevercare," a six-episode film project from its "Sustainability Series," which embodies the brand's ethical initiatives.
"Clevercare" is a short film produced by the brand for Earth Day, April 22, designated as a day to think about the global environment, and Fashion Revolution Day, an international campaign launched in response to the garment factory collapse in Dhaka, Bangladesh, on April 24, 2013, to consider the background of clothing production.
The film features British models Charlotte Wiggins and Sam Rollinson, calling for awareness of the environmental impact of clothing care and introducing simple care methods that can be put into practice right away. The concise story also includes tips on how to care for the brand's iconic pieces, including tailored jackets, denim, wool knitwear, Falabella, Elyse Shoes, and the faux fur range Fur Free Fur.
