GOOD LIFE FACTORY (7-11-4 Minami-Aoyama, Minato-ku, Tokyo), a farm-to-table-themed custom salad and healthy bowl restaurant, will open on May 1st.

The restaurant will reexamine the nutritional value of traditional ingredients and propose "effective ways to incorporate them into modern eating habits" through custom salads and healthy bowls. All ingredients used in the menu are from known producers and origins, vegetables grown on the restaurant's own farm, and cutting-edge superfoods.

There are a total of eight signature salads on the menu. The menu includes salads such as "Omega Rich" (1,500 yen) based on greens (kale, spinach, romaine lettuce), "Protein Max" (1,400 yen) based on quinoa mix (quinoa, wild rice, rolled barley) and greens, "Power Charge" (1,800 yen) based on enzyme brown rice (brown rice, adzuki bean grains) and greens, and "Enzyme Brown Rice Vegan" (1,300 yen). The menu also includes salads (from 980 yen) that can be customized with a base (choose one from greens, quinoa mix, or enzyme brown rice), toppings (choose four from 19 options), extra toppings (hemp seeds, goji berries, steamed chicken, Cajun chicken, grass-fed beef, etc.), and dressing (choose from 12 options). The menu also includes soups, vegetable-based slow juices, homemade lemonade, specialty coffee, wine, and craft beer.
