■ "NOW AND THEN" by SARAH MOON

Born in England in 1941, Sarah Moon worked as a model in London and Paris before taking up photography full-time in 1968. Her delicate, dreamy photographs, which seem to capture the essence of time, continue to fascinate people around the world.

Her fashion, portrait, still, and landscape photographs, rendered in slightly sepia-toned black and white or soft colors, offer a world that feels like you've been transported to a fairy tale. Her advertising photography for Cacharel made her famous, and she has since worked on campaigns for prestigious fashion houses such as Christian Dior, Chanel, Comme des Garçons, and Issey Miyake. She is also active as a filmmaker, and her work "Sarah Moon's Mississippi One" is particularly well-known. This beautiful book not only looks back on Sarah Moon's work and includes numerous illustrations, but also an interview with Sarah herself and email correspondence between Sarah and American photographer Duane Michaels. Many of Sarah's previous photobooks are already out of print, making this a long-awaited book for fans and a recommended read for those discovering her photography for the first time.
