Her advertising photography for Cacharel made her famous, and she has since worked on campaigns for prestigious fashion houses such as Christian Dior, Chanel, Comme des Garçons, and Issey Miyake. She is also active as a filmmaker, and her work "Sarah Moon's Mississippi One" is particularly well-known.
