Soup specialty store Soup Stock Tokyo will open a new store, "also Soup Stock Tokyo" (1-26-13 POOL, Jiyugaoka, Meguro-ku, Tokyo), in Jiyugaoka, Tokyo, at the end of April, with the theme "Soup Stock Tokyo on Holidays."

Soup Stock Tokyo has expanded to approximately 70 stores nationwide, catering to working women who feel comfortable visiting alone. Aiming to create a store that is unique to the Jiyugaoka area, this new store will offer menus and a space that can be enjoyed by both solo diners and large groups.

There will be 12 seats on the first floor, 17 seats on the second floor, and 12 seats on the terrace. Business hours are from 11:30 AM to 10 PM, with last orders at 9:30 PM. Menu details will be announced again in early April.
