Bar S, located on the 11th floor of the Shiseido Building in Ginza, Tokyo, will be serving original summer cocktails starting August 3rd. This time, five vibrant cocktails will be available: three mojitos, one gin and tonic, and one frozen drink. The mojito, in keeping with Shiseido Parlour's traditions, was founded in a corner of the Shiseido Pharmacy in 1902. The bar will feature the "Mojito Provence-style" (1,700 yen), made with a sweet herbal liqueur from Provence in southern France. The bar will also feature the "Watermelon Mojito" (1,700 yen), made with a generous amount of summery watermelon and a refreshing finish of rum, lime, and mint, and the "Blueberry Champagne Mojito" (1,800 yen), a combination of fresh blueberries and champagne. You can also enjoy five types of cocktails, including the "Gin and Tonic 'Woo-Me'" (1,500 yen), which uses a homemade essence extracted from green plums grown in Wakayama Prefecture, and the limited-edition frozen yogurt "Summer Snow" (1,800 yen), which has a subtle mint scent.
