Shiseido Parlour to hold midsummer parfait fair that's "delicious until the very end"

Shiseido Parlour Ginza Main Store Salon de Cafe (3rd floor, Tokyo Ginza Shiseido Building, 8-8-3 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo) will be holding a "Midsummer Parfait Fair" from July 1st to August 31st.

The first part, from July 1st to 31st, will feature the "Wakayama White Peach Parfait" (1,806 yen), made with the luxurious "Arakawa Peach," a brand of peach that is hard to find in Tokyo; the "Okinawa Ripe Apple Mango Parfait" (2,269 yen), which lets you enjoy apple mango with hibiscus jelly and guava sauce for a tropical feel; and the "Gifu Blueberry Parfait" (1,695 yen), decorated with large blueberry caffeine.

The second round, from August 1st to 31st, will feature the refreshing "Hokkaido Two-Color Melon Parfait" (1,695 yen) with its vibrant two-colored melon and champagne jelly, the summery "Okinawa Fully Ripe Keitt Mango Parfait" (2,269 yen) made with the rare, smooth Keitt mango, and the retro-inspired "Domestic Yellow Peach Oriental Parfait" (1,806 yen), which was created in 1960.

Each parfait is filled with plenty of fruit jelly or fruit compote all the way to the bottom of the glass, giving it a sense of volume, with the intention of "enjoying it to the very last drop."
