Jean-Paul Hevin will begin offering autumn-only sweets, featuring the marriage of autumn ingredient "chestnuts" and chocolate, at all boutiques and the eat-in space "Bar à Chocolat" from September.
The popular annual autumn-only Mont Blanc (661 yen each, tax included) will be sold only on weekends (Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) from September 4th. In addition to "Mont Blanc," which is available from September to November and combines almond meringue, Chantilly (fresh cream), and flavorful chestnut cream, "Mont Rose" will be available in September, with raspberry ganache wrapped inside chestnut cream; "Mont Noir" will be available in October, with blackcurrant jelly, Chantilly, and chestnut cream; and "Mont Fuji" will be available in November, combining almond meringue, Chantilly, chestnuts, and pistachios. Each month will have a different sweet treat. From September 18th to 27th, all four varieties will be available at the same time. The eat-in area also offers a fall-only set menu featuring drinks to pair with Mont Blanc. Other items available from September 1st include "Macaron Perle," made with chestnut-flavored milk chocolate ganache and blackcurrant; "Turan," made with sable dough and chestnut cream and blackcurrant; "Chocolat Chocolat Marron," made with Ecuadorian cacao and chestnut-flavored Chantilly; and "Chocolat Chocolat Chataigne Fig," made with chestnuts and figs. Also available from September: "Marron Confit" (497 yen each, tax included), made with large chestnuts from Piedmont, Italy, preserved in syrup. Each piece is packed with the natural flavor of the chestnut, allowing you to enjoy the seasonal flavors.
