Ground Y (15-1 Udagawacho, Shibuya-ku), the concept shop of Yohji Yamamoto, which operates the YOHJI YAMAMOTO and Y's brands, will celebrate its first anniversary on September 5th. To coincide with this, the "Disney Villains" collection, featuring Disney's bewitching yet beautiful villains, will be released on September 4th. Villains have an overwhelming presence in their respective stories, including Maleficent, the witch who curses Princess Aurora in "Sleeping Beauty," which was made into a film starring Angelina Jolie last year; Ursula, the sea witch from "The Little Mermaid"; the Wicked Witch (Queen Grimhild), the witch transformed from the queen who cursed the princess in "Snow White"; and Cruella, the evil woman from "101 Dalmatians." The "Disney Villains" collection features items inspired by these villains. The lineup includes items such as blousons, pants, shirts, and T-shirts with chic and bold villain designs in a monochrome worldview (item prices range from 30,000 to 65,000 yen).
