Eric Hebert, a specialist in buttons and accessories, will publish a photo book, "Beautiful Brooches of the World," on October 13th, showcasing approximately 800 brooches. The book features approximately 800 antique and vintage brooches, primarily from Europe in the 19th to 21st centuries. The diverse collection is divided into four categories: "Various Materials," "The Vintage World," "Artists," and "Various Motifs." The brooches featured are not "fine jewelry" made with gold and precious stones, but rather "costume jewelry," "imitation jewelry," and "couture jewelry." The collection features brooches ranging from museum-worthy to everyday brooches, creating a photo book reminiscent of a jewelry box. To celebrate the book's release, a photo exhibition will be held at Tiffany & Co.'s cafe on the second mezzanine of the Yaesu flagship store from October 17th to November 20th. In addition, those who purchase the book during the exhibition will receive a limited edition vintage brooch as a gift on a first-come, first-served basis. On October 29th and 30th, Eric Hebert, the author of the book, will be visiting Japan to hold a flea market in store on the first floor of the Yaesu Book Center main store (*inside the first floor in case of rain). Vintage and artist brooches featured in "Beautiful Brooches from Around the World" and antique and vintage buttons featured in "Beautiful Buttons from Around the World" will be on sale.
