Fruit tart specialty store Kil Fait Bon will begin accepting reservations for its 2016 Christmas cakes from October 17th.
This time, they have prepared three types of cakes inspired by trees, wreaths, and poinsettias. One of them, the wreath-inspired "Colorful Fruit Wreath Tart" (for 2-3 people / 3,367 yen including tax, for 3-4 people / 3,984 yen including tax, for 7-8 people / 5,938 yen including tax), is a fruit tart with a rich white chocolate-flavored custard cream topped with a lavish array of more than 10 kinds of fruit. It is also decorated with snowflake ornaments, just like a wreath.
The "Tarte Premiere Christmas Tree Tart" (for 4-5 people / 6,739 yen including tax, for 8-10 people / 11,936 yen including tax), inspired by a Christmas tree, will also be available. Slowly baked pistachio-flavored almond cream is layered with smooth "Le Girl" cream cheese mousse and carefully topped with lots of berries. The "Brittany "Le Girl" Cream Cheese Mousse Tart" (serves 2-3 people / 3,470 yen including tax, serves 5-6 people / 5,581 yen including tax) is inspired by the Christmas flower, the poinsettia. It combines sweet and tart strawberries with smooth "Le Girl" cream cheese mousse and is decorated with adorable ornaments of a mother and baby rabbit playing. The delivery period is from December 20th to 25th.
