
Los Angeles-based women's apparel and accessories brand "bebe" has released its signature fragrance, "bebe Nouveau Eau de Parfum" (30ml/5,000 yen, 50ml/7,500 yen). According to bebe CEO Steve Birkhold, "This addictive fragrance captures passion and depth." Its musky floral notes evoke the image of a forward-thinking, sophisticated woman. Top notes of Sicilian grapefruit and quince nectar are followed by middle notes of black orchid musk and Tahitian frangipani, finishing with a drydown of golden amber and vanilla musk. The fragrance was created by Patricia Choux. To commemorate the launch, customers who purchase the 50ml size will receive a free black tote bag featuring the brand's logo. BB was founded in San Francisco in 1976 as a fashion brand. The brand name comes from the famous line "to be or not to be" from Shakespeare's Hamlet, and represents an attitude and way of thinking that is not bound by stereotypes.
