This season's signature balance is pairing masculine outerwear with a boldly feminine dress or skirt, creating an extreme contrast. Lace is a key element in this. Compared to spring and summer, this fall/winter's lace has a much more mature feel.

Dior layered pastel pink lace over a trendy houndstooth dress. The overlapping graphic patterns created a three-dimensional, artistic design. Dolce & Gabbana presented a crimson dress, gorgeously embellished with red crystal embroidery.

Returning to the house's roots and showcasing a Parisian-inspired fashion, Lanvin showcased a dress made of gorgeous guipure lace. Guipure lace is made by stitching together floral motifs and other motifs. The chic colors, such as black and navy, accentuated an elegant and sexy feminine image.

The Chloé show closed with a tiered skirt made of polka dot lace. The collection proposes coordinating outfits that combine minimalist, masculine tops and jackets to create a cool and feminine mix.
