Mitsui Shopping Park Lalaport Yokohama (4035-1 Ikebe-cho, Tsuzuki-ku, Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture), currently undergoing renovation, will hold its grand opening on the 12th. On the same day, Korean casual brand SPAO, founded in 2009, will open its first store in Japan.

This renovation, the first since the mall's opening in 2007, marks the first time that 133 stores (82 new and 51 renovated or relocated), accounting for approximately half of the mall's 279 stores, have been opening sequentially since February. The mall's lineup includes five new Japanese brands, including ZARA HOME, which sells ZARA lifestyle goods, as well as American lifestyle brand Tommy Bahama, Singaporean fast fashion accessory brand CHARLES&KEITH, and Apple authorized retailer C smart. In addition, the mall also offers a wide selection of Japanese select shops, accessories, and fashion goods.

The popular Italian restaurant Chianti, with its flagship store in Roppongi, will open its food court for the first time with new outlets: Iikura Al Cafe Chianti and Tonkatsu Maisen. The shopping center will also feature a wide variety of restaurants and food retailers, including Yakinikura La Bouef, a yakiniku restaurant specializing in Japanese Black beef, and Baby Mon Cher Cafe, a cafe attached to the roll cake shop Baby Mon Cher. The facility will evolve into a one-stop destination for leisurely shopping.

Mitsui Shopping Park LaLaport Yokohama opened in March 2007 as one of Kanagawa Prefecture's largest commercial complexes. With an area of approximately 100,000 square meters, equivalent to two Tokyo Domes, it offers a wide range of shopping, from large stores like Ito-Yokado, Tokyu Hands, and Kinokuniya Bookstore to fast fashion, high-end brands, and a TOHO Cinemas complex.
