Each bookstore will act as a concierge, recommending "the book you should read now" to FASHION HEADLINE readers. Every Thursday, each branch of art bookstore "NADiff" will introduce a book they recommend. This time, we'll be looking at NADiff du Champ, which just opened in Ginza, Tokyo on July 31st.

■ "Toilet Paper 2"

"Toilet Paper Magazine" is an art magazine published by Italian conceptual artist Maurizio Cattelan and photographer Pierpaolo Ferrari since 2010. It has also attracted attention for its collaborations with fashion brands KENZO and MSGM.

This special book is a re-edited collection of carefully selected images from back issues 7 to 11, as well as from NEWYORKER MAGAZINE and works created for KENZO, with newly added text.

In their hands, even words emerge like vivid images, with texts excerpted from Nikolai Gogol's novel The Nose, old newspaper articles, and Wikipedia. The images, full of humor, absurdity, and almost grotesque color, have an overwhelming impact and stimulate the viewer. It's an addictive book that will have you turning the pages again and again to peer into their world.
