During Paris Men's Fashion Week, adidas held a launch event for the Ultra Boost Collective by Van Assche, a collaboration shoe with designer Kris Van Assche.

The launch event, held at NO42, the iconic adidas store in Paris, was hosted by Kris Van Assche alongside Dirk Schonberger, Creative Director of the adidas Sport Style Division.

The shoe is the third installment of the Ultra Boost Collective, a capsule collection based on the Ultra Boost, created in collaboration with five designers.

The various performance features of the Ultra Boost are combined with the classic argyle pattern that Kris Van Assche has made his name known for. The upper is made with Adidas' advanced fit technology, Primeknit. Two colorways are available: one with a navy blue, red, and gray argyle pattern and a red outsole, and the other with a black, gray, and white paired with a green outsole.
