Kronenbourg Blanc (900 yen), France's No. 1 draft beer, has arrived in Japan for the first time. Recently, it began being served on tap at Anniversaire Cafe & Restaurant in Omotesando, Tokyo. Kronenbourg Blanc, exclusive to this restaurant in Japan, is produced in Alsace, one of France's beer-making centers. Characterized by a subtle sweet citrus flavor and a cloudy white color, its fruity taste is surprisingly popular among women. In addition to Kronenbourg Blanc, Anniversaire Cafe & Restaurant is also introducing cocktails made with the beer. The two drinks available are Kronen Panache (900 yen), made with Kirin lemons, offering a moderate sweetness and a hint of lemon tartness, and Kronen Pina Colada (950 yen), a rum-based drink made with pineapple and coconut milk.
