From July 27th to September 30th, John Masters Organics will be offering five innovative shaved ice flavors made with organic ingredients at the Inner Beauty Bar (1F, Il Palazzino Omotesando, 5-1-6 Jingumae, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo) in its flagship store in Omotesando, Tokyo. This summer-only "healthy shaved ice" comes in two varieties: "Organic Shave Ice Veggie" (900 yen) and "Organic Shave Ice" (800 yen). According to John Masters Organics, all flavors are made with generous amounts of fruits and vegetables, making them not only 100% organic and healthy sweet treats, but also a convenient way to enjoy the natural flavors and fresh nutrients of the ingredients, making them a great meal replacement. The "Organic Shave Ice Veggie" flavors, available in "Tomato" and "Carrot," are made without any water, by freezing fruit juice squeezed in a cold juicer. The flavors and nutrients of the ingredients themselves are concentrated, and you can also take in nutrients such as vitamins and enzymes, making it ideal for preventing summer fatigue.

"Organic Shave Ice" is shaved ice made with a generous amount of organic fruits and vegetables. There are three flavors available: "Mango," which lets you enjoy the sweetness of fruit; "Berry," which uses a generous amount of strawberries and blueberries; and "Green," which is made from cold-pressed juice made from kiwifruit, chervil, mint, and other ingredients, turned directly into syrup.
