Barefoot Dreams, which was also featured on Rinka's blog, opens its first flagship store in Japan in Shinjuku

Jul 28, 2015

Barefoot Dreams, a popular brand of relaxed wear that gained popularity after model Rinka introduced it on her blog, will open its first flagship store in Japan on the second floor of Shinjuku Flags on September 17th. Founded by Annette Cook in 1994, Barefoot Dreams is known for its elegant pieces crafted in soft colors from materials like soft flannel, smooth satin, and cozy knitwear. The brand offers soft and cozy blankets, baby and kids' wear, robes, and hoodies. The interior of the first flagship store in Japan was designed to resemble a beach house in Malibu, California, where the brand was founded. In a cozy, resort-like atmosphere, the store will offer a wide selection of items for newborns and adults, including blankets and apparel made from 100% poly microfiber. To commemorate the opening, a limited-edition collection with a Malibu feel will also be available.
