THE FALL 2021 COLLECTION IN SHANGHAI
https://youtu.be/tWVW1TQwh4s
For Maria Grazia Chiuri, presenting her Fall 2021 collection at the West Bank of the Long Museum in Shanghai was the perfect opportunity to celebrate the House's creativity and the power of global culture, imbuing her creations with a dynamic visual force and new energy. Vividly colored, sheer, shiny, and silvery looks paid homage to pop aesthetics. Embroidery adorned with large, mirrored sequins echoed the mirror ball that illuminated the new collection within the show set. Leopard print adorned the catwalk, appearing on various pieces, including the iconic "Bar" jacket. Exclusive looks in different neon hues, including red, which Monsieur Dior called "the color of life," were also unleashed to music arranged by Giorgio Moroder. Singer Joey Yung and Chinese rock group Black Panther made a surprise appearance at the end of the show, delivering a stunning live performance.
