Dior has released an animation that expresses the worldview of its fine jewelry collection, "Rose des Vents," which was released in June. "Rose des Vents" is French for "wind rose," which indicates the direction of the wind. The collection features jewelry using "medallions," a motif that combines the wind rose, a symbol of travel, with the lucky star that Monsieur Dior carried and his beloved rose. This time, the worldview of the collection is expressed through a hand-drawn animation. Created by Dior fine jewelry creator Victor de Castellane, the animation depicts a story of finding a "medallion," a valuable pirate treasure, during an underwater journey.
