The Isetan Mitsukoshi Online Store will begin selling randoseru (school bags) for children entering school in spring 2022 from April 1st. The online store allows you to find your favorite randoseru from around 900 options, including popular pattern-made orders, randoseru made by workshops, and randoseru in collaboration with popular brands. If you purchase from the Isetan Mitsukoshi Online Store, repairs will be provided free of charge for six years until your child graduates from elementary school. (Some brands are excluded.)
At the Isetan Shinjuku store, approximately 100 samples will be on display from April 1st, with sales starting on the 28th. Online customer service will also be available via LINE and ZOOM. You can choose your child's randoseru from the comfort of your own home.

The "Isetan Randoseru Festival" will be held from April 28th to May 5th! We will be showcasing around 800 school bags, from Mitsukoshi Isetan originals to popular school bags made by workshops and collaborations with brands.
In-store sales at Isetan Shinjuku will begin on April 28th with the "Isetan School Bag Festival." Until April 27th, only samples will be on display in-store.
