Apr 14, 2016

ELLE cafe is introducing a new juice cleanse program, available by reservation only. This cold-pressed juice cleanse program uses seasonal ingredients. A new addition for spring and summer 2016 is an aromatic juice cleanse made with plenty of fresh herbs. The "Beginner Cleanse Program" (5,800 yen) combines easy-to-drink juices for those new to cleansing. There are six options: "Greens," featuring kale and melon; "Chia Coconut," featuring chia seeds; "Berry," featuring acai and blueberries; "Roots," featuring beets and ginger; "Triple C," featuring watercress and apples; and "Nuts Milk," featuring nut milk and cacao. The "Beauty Cleanse Program" (7,800 yen) offers both cleansing and anti-aging benefits. In addition to the "Beginner Cleanse Program"'s "Greens" and "Roots," there are six other flavors: "Spirulina" (a combination of fresh spirulina and cilantro); "Herbal" (with dill, tomato, and basil); "Red" (with red pitaya and purple cabbage); and "Super Berry" (with maqui berry and acai). The "Cleanse Program" (7,800 yen) is aimed at intermediate to advanced users seeking a more effective cleanse. In addition to "Spirulina," which is also used in the "Beauty Cleanse Program," there are six flavors: "Greens" (with kale and spinach); "De-tox" (with celery, cucumber, and lemon); "Flash Ginger" (with ginger and apple); "Chia G" (with chia, kale, and basil); and "Dark Yuzu" (with activated charcoal, yuzu, and ginger).
