Flotsam Books, an online bookstore specializing in photo books and offering a unique selection of new and used books, both foreign and Japanese, will be opening physical stores in Nakameguro, Tokyo, and Minamihorie, Osaka, for a limited time. From April 29th to May 6th, a pop-up shop will be open at VISITFOR, a concept shop in Minamihorie that selects cutting-edge Japanese designer brands. During the "Yasagure Ojisan Project," Flotsam Books will be selling carefully selected photo books, as well as original book covers and bookmarks by Daigo Uemura of nir, a shoe brand also sold at the store. Additionally, the interior will be decorated with flower arrangements and potted plants by flower artist Hashimoto of SUNROOM/UTOPIA COFFEE, a flower and plant shop in Kanagawa.

From May 3rd to 5th, a pop-up shop will be open inside POETIC SCAPE, a photography gallery in Nakameguro, Tokyo. The venue will sell a variety of books that have only been available online, with a focus on foreign books and second-hand books purchased specifically for the event.
