On May 6th, UNITED ARROWS will release nine T-shirts as the second installment of the "united LOVE project 2016," a charity project by popular designers. Following the first chino series released on February 4th, this second installment features nine T-shirts in collaboration with popular brands. Hoping for a speedy recovery in the disaster-stricken areas, 500 yen from each sale will be donated to the "Disaster Volunteer and NPO Activity Support Fund 2." (Note: From May 6th, donations will be made to the Central Community Chest of Japan's "Red Feather Disaster Volunteer and NPO Activity Support Fund Kyushu.") AKIRA NAKA has released a T-shirt (18,000 yen) featuring eye-catching graphic textiles with hand-cut fringes on the surface. The black and navy color scheme creates a chic impression. ATHENA NEW YORK has released a T-shirt (13,000 yen) featuring floral lace on the chest and a smooth fabric with a front and back hem that creates a supple drape. A gold plate is also added to the left hem.
ELIN has released a model (16,000 yen) that features a keyhole neckline that flatters the décolleté, delicate terry cloth material, and compact shoulders, while KAON (13,800 yen) has released a feminine, blouse-like model (13,800 yen) with ample gathers. LUDLOW has released a T-shirt (15,000 yen) with a simple body and small ribbons on the shoulders, and LAULA has created a cool T-shirt (13,000 yen) made of thin fabric with a contrasting stripe pattern. Other items on sale include a model by SACRA featuring a thick border and a lace-up ribbon on the left side (16,000 yen), a cropped model by TOGA PULLA featuring conchos and faux leather cord (18,000 yen), and a model by 7x7 featuring a beautiful contrast of indigo and white dyed using a "natural lye fermentation" method that uses only ingredients found in nature (18,000 yen).
