"New Creators meet Takashimaya," an event showcasing 16 cutting-edge Japanese designers and artists, will be held on the third floor of Osaka Takashimaya from September 11th to 24th.

In addition to the new collection, Takashimaya-inspired works and pre-sale items will be on display. Items on display include new tights created in collaboration with "One Piece and Tights" painter Teppei Ikehira and painting artist Saki Tanaka, new stockings from "proef" for the first time in a year, and a Takashimaya-exclusive "POTTO" cap featuring a rose motif.

Other designers include "＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿ AH2013-14 collection No6" (an unnamed brand) by Ono Tomomi, who founded his own brand after working at Maison Martin Margiela and was selected as a supporting designer in the professional category of the 2013 Tokyo New Designer Fashion Awards, "tiit" and "JUN OKAMOTO", who also participated in the Tokyo Collection in March this year, "divka", which won the Tokyo Governor's Award in the professional category of the 2012 TOKYO New Designer Fashion Awards, "malamute", which also produces knitwear for MIKIOSAKABE and Jenny Fax, artists Sato Kayo, "fumiko imano", "Aquvii", "CONTRARIANT", and "JUNYA Participating brands include "WARASHINA," "KENJI HIKINO," "SHUN OKUBO," and "somnium." During the event, they will be in store to introduce their products.
