On the 14th, Nagano-based lifestyle shop "Haluta" opened its first Tokyo store in "mAAch ecute Kanda Manseibashi," a commercial facility redeveloped from the Manseibashi Viaduct.
The store is a hybrid of a cafe and a select shop, based on the concept of "a shop that supports people who enjoy their daily lives."
The cafe serves "fourth wave" coffee, characterized by darkly roasted beans, and offers a variety of flavors to suit customer preferences, including straight, with water, hot water, on the rocks, with milk, and with chocolate. In addition, the popular "Haluta Plate" menu item from the Nagano flagship store will be revived at the Tokyo store. Also available are a Danish open sandwich called smørrebrød, made with fresh ingredients from Nagano, and an omelet plate made with free-range eggs and fresh herbs. The attached select shop offers a lineup of Scandinavian-style items that are easy to incorporate into Japanese homes, with a focus on HAY, a design product brand that was launched in Denmark in 2002. It also carries brands that have been loved in Denmark for many years, such as House Doctor and Irma.
