Following the release of "Futurecraft 3D" last month, adidas Originals has unveiled the second installment of the "Futurecraft" series: the "Futurecraft Leather Superstar," a new shoe incorporating innovative technology. Only 45 pairs of the shoe are available worldwide at Dover Street Market in New York, London, and Tokyo.
The second installment in the "Futurecraft" series, "Futurecraft Leather," was created through a collaboration between adidas, industrial designer Alexander Taylor, and shoe designer Joachim de Callatay. Its upper provides flexibility, support, and comfort from a single piece of material. Milled to varying thicknesses, the upper adapts to the precise shape of the foot, enabling a more personalized fit than ever before. In addition to creating a precision-engineered fit, milling also significantly reduces the use of adhesives. This time, Futurecraft Leather has been applied to adidas Originals' iconic "Superstar" shoe. Titled the "Futurecraft Leather Superstar," it will be released as a special edition, with only 45 pairs available worldwide, exclusively at Dover Street Market in New York, London, and Tokyo.
