Bag Features | A "twist" structure inspired by pleats
The new bag for wine glasses is crafted from genuine "tanned" cowhide leather, with a pigskin suede interior to cushion the impact of carrying the bag. It can hold one wine glass, placed upside down with the bowl facing downwards. The top half is a rectangular prism, tapering slightly towards the circular base, creating a three-dimensional shape. In addition to its functionality for carrying wine glasses, it also boasts a beautiful appearance. Its main feature is its ability to be "twisted for storage." The three-dimensional structure, reminiscent of a folded bag, was inspired by pleats.

● Design
The process of shaping glass involves a "twisting" process called "katabuki," and by incorporating this "twist" into the bag, we have achieved a design that is unique to Tsuchiya Kaban and Sghr.

● How to store
Place a wine glass upside down and, while holding the bottom of the bag in place, twist the top counterclockwise. Each side will bend inward at the joints of the core material, as if sinking. The resulting "narrowed part" will hold the stem of the wine glass securely. This reduces rattling when carried, allowing you to safely carry even fragile glasses. To remove a glass, open the zipper at the top and pinch and pull the sides to return it to its original shape, allowing you to remove the glass.

Attention to detail in the glass: Strength for carrying and a design that can be enjoyed even after you've finished drinking
Our original wine glass has a tulip-like shape with a narrowed top. The rim is slightly curved to allow the wine's aroma to emerge more easily. The angle has also been fine-tuned to promote a beautiful posture when drinking. Wherever you take the glass, you can enjoy the unique reflection of the scenery and the color of the wine.

The handle is made a little thicker than usual by making four striated indentations during molding and stretching it while heating. Not only does this increase its strength when carrying it, but the striated indentations also add to the elegant design. The indentations also give the cross-section of the handle a clover-like shape, so a four-leaf clover appears at the base when you've finished your wine. This wine glass is also a fun and playful addition.
